200 g broccoli stems
5 tbsps Mopani flour
1 Garlic clove sliced
1 tsp Butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper seasoning
- Rinse the broccoli.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the broccoli and garlic to the pan and coof for 3 to 5 minutes or until the broccoli is bright green and tender.
- Sprinkle on the Mopani flour and season to your taste.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve as a side with your favourite meal.
